TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Grill Shipping / Delivery - Grillmaster's Garden Currently sells and ships grills locally in the State of Indiana. Please contact us regarding delivery and we will quote delivery and set up for each order.
Big Green Eggs - Grillmaster's Garden hand delivers locally. Due to the fragile nature of this product, we do not currently ship outside of Indiana.
All Other Items - Allow 1 to 3 weeks delivery time on sauces, rubs, and other accessories or kitchen items. Merchandise is typically shipped via United States Postal Service. An E-mail will be sent to you upon completion of processing your order to let you know it has been sent. In the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you prior to processing your order or charging your credit card. We will provide an estimate on delivery and contact you prior to shipping.
Payment
All orders must be pre-paid prior to shipment from our facility. We currently accept VISA & MASTERCARD. We gladly accept checks through the mail, please call 1-317-733-9000 to make arrangements (Check must clear prior to shipping). Because many of our products are special order, your credit card will be charged at the time that you place your order. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, feel free to contact us.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Warranty on any and all new merchandise sold on the website (Grillmastersgarden.com) are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers for the period specified.
- Refunds will only be given on damaged merchandise and only when a replacement is unavailable, and only after customer has first contacted Grillmaster's Garden to obtain a return authorization approval (RA) within 48 hours of receiving merchandise. Authorized returns to Grillmaster's Garden for any reason other than damage, will be issued as a full refund in the form of an in-store credit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges on all non-damaged items.
- If an item is damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping, and we will get the correct item to you at no extra cost.
- All non-authorized returns or packages not indicating a valid return authorization number on the package will be rejected. Packages containing returns must have the return authorization number clearly written on the package. Please call us first to make arrangements.
- Grillmaster's Garden will do everything possible to insure your satisfaction with the service and products purchased on our website.
- We will do our best help with any and all inquiries concerning our services and products.
Rejected Deliveries and Shipments
All rejected shipments or deliveries will be subject to a 15% restocking fee for the product, and the actual shipping charges incurred by Grillmaster's Garden. Charges incurred in shipping the product to you and back to us will also be deducted from your in-store credit. This policy applies to all products, including items that are featured with free shipping promotions.
Damaged Deliveries
If your shipment arrives damaged, refuse delivery and call us. In this rare event, we will ship a replacement unit at no additional cost to you and we will be responsible for all freight claims. If you cancel your order due to a damaged shipment, and you do not allow us to ship a replacement to you at no additional cost, we will file the freight claim on your behalf and credit your account once we receive reimbursement from the freight company. This process typically takes 45-60 days.
Cancelled Orders
All orders that are cancelled prior to shipment will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after shipment will be subject to the policies listed above.
Privacy Policy
We use the information you provide us for the purpose of filling your order. We will never share or sell any of your information to another company or organization, however we may send you updated information regarding Grillmaster's Garden via mail or email. If at any time you wish to be removed from this list, please contact us and request removal.
